Good evening Sweet Ones
It has been a while since I wrote and I am sorry; there have been so many times I have wanted to share something with you but needed to do something else. The good news is that now I have “done something else” we will be able to dedocate more time to TeamRAW and RAWsomeDay-in fact we will be dedicating ALL of our time to these endeavors, so this is both an exciting and scary time for us-my favorite combinatio of feelings, because when I feel both excited and scared I know I am about to grow and step to the next level on the Path.
I will finish my job at the end of the year. We will then be exploring ways to bring TeamRAW and RAWsomeDay out to you. We envision workshops for both Raw vegan and cooked vegan foods, seasonal cleanses and juice feasts, community talks and movie nights, providing coaching through diet and lifestyle change, we have commercial kithen space (huge drum roll for that manifestation) and it is half a block from our home and BEAUTIFUL, we are looking to pitch local small businesses to carry our RAWalicious line of food products and we have openings for 10 more private clients (imagine picking up your food, ready packaged to go, for three days…no more shopping or worrying about what to eat! We will have a client testimonial soon)…phew, oh and we are looking at doing one or two days a week May-Oct at the Farmers Market…and we are open to ideas from you – where would you like to see TeamRAW.
We will also be working on the websites and will be recording lots of videos of how tos and recipes (tried and tested recipes, gosh I am tired of trying bd recipes that people hail as great, fortunately I can now spot those and adjust, but I would like to provide you with a recipe that works without all the fanagling!).
There is alot of work to be done-first we have to work out why 80% of our TeamRAW site disappeared overnight! We are ready for the work and look forward to sharing our progress with you. As I type we are a week into painting our apartment-yes for the holidays we decided to paint and do a water fast for ThanksGiving Day-our gift of health to ourselves. [On a side note I think I will water fast on holidays, just for a day, it is very surreal to be drinking ony water when almost everyone else, statewide, is gorging...perhaps you will join me, more detais to follow as we near Christmas]
On December 31, it will be my 8th year anniversary of walking out of corporate law and corporate life forever. This December I embark upon another route in my journey. So much has happened in those 8 years to bring me to here and one day I will share more stories. The consistent theme through each of the stories is the presence of an Angel in a human form.
What I have learned from these Angelz is that they are part of a call and response conversation. You call and they respond. They do not call. I believe they cannot. In my mind (and yes Cemaaj says that my mind is a strange place), but anyway, in my mind and experience Angelz have appeared when I have taken a leap in my life, or when I have really needed help to stay true to what I believe I should be doing with my life. This is all new to me, taking charge of my life but I am finaly getting the hang of it, of course the truth is that this is a lifelong learning journey, we just need to keep moving and learning. My picture in my mind is of me standing (and read you there too, everyone has Angelz even if they don’t see them) and being surrounded by a circle of Angelz. The only motivation the Angelz have is your or my happiness, they want to help you and all they need is for you to ask them for help. Otherwise, in the absence of you asking them, they have to stand metaphorically with their hands tied behind their backs, waiting for you to call out to them and give them the red light to help. And boy, when they step into action they can move mountains (or at least blaze through your life so you barely recognize it anymore-if that is what you wish for).
I have so many Angelz that have appeared to me in human form and I know more are waiting for me to take the right path and to call to them. Whenever I have taken on a challenge bigger than myself, Angelz have come forward. So, I leave yo with this thought, who are your Angelz, do you ask them for help…because whether you see them or not, believe in them or not, they are there for you and all it takes is a call and they will respond.
